Requirements of raw materials for tamper-proof kegs and barrel closures have become more diverse: Raw materials should be used which consist of 100% recycled material, and the end product should also be 100% recyclable. High quality and reliable delivery are a matter of course.
We responded to these requirements exactly by developing our sustainable ECO-Line. This new cap line is our response to increasing demands in the field of more sustainable solutions for sealing beer kegs, wine barrels and other products. It is not possible to specify a RAL colour for environmentally friendly ECO LINE cap variants. We should be pleased to provide you with further information about our ECO-Line. 100% recyclable
Nowadays, all our caps are already made of sustainable and impact-resistant polystyrene. This material is 100% recyclable and can easily be fed back into the recycling cycle, with expert and correct handling. Our ECO-Line will also be 100% recyclable and will also be returned to the recycling loop without any problems.

To meet the demand for a holistically sustainable alternative to our previous cap, we are going one step further and developing our ECO-Line made out of 100% recycled material. Sustainability and secure protection against tampering are, of course, also top priorities for this new product line.

Shrink caps - Highest protection against manipulation for basket, triangular, flat or combination fittings
Using our ECO-Line shrink caps made out of 100% recycled material, you can rely on the highest level of protection against tampering for your barrels and kegs. With the help of a downstream shrinking process, the cap is shrunk around the fitting and thus ensures the highest level of safety.

Our Eco-line snap caps are made out of 100% recycled material and are 100% recyclable. This new cap line is available in a wide range of colours, and can be customised with your logo or other product information.
